In the wet season (January – March) access to the community is subject to weather conditions up river. If there is lots of rain and the river is up the road will be closed for an indefinite period. The way to get in and out of the community is via the waterways much like a mini Venice. |

| In May and June, the days are warm and sunny and the nights can be very cool. You will need to bring appropriate clothing such as light clothes, hats and sun protection for the day and warm clothing for the evenings. To enjoy the open air evening concert you will need, a rug and/or chair to sit on. Bring with you any medicines. You should also bring insect repellant and drinking water. |

| Tickets for the Saturday night concert will be available for purchase through the box office at the Darwin Entertainment Centre and their outlets at Casuarina, Plamerston and in the Darwin City Mall. Depending on ticket sales there may be some tickets available at the gate, but we strongly recommend that you pre-purchase your tickets before driving to Nauiyu. |
